Wir haben ein sehr schönes Zimmer erhalten, welches viel größer war als erwartet. Das Personal war immer sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das einzige, was uns etwas weniger gefallen hat war, dass die nächste U-Bahn station ca. 10-15 minuten zu fuß entfernt war. Zwar hält eine Straßenbahn neben dem Hitel, mit dieser dauert es aber deutlich länger bis man in die Stadtmitte kommt. Abgesehen davon war es wirklich ein super aufenhalt im Hotel.

Nice reception/sitting area. Useful car parking. Easy access into the city using the tram a couple of mins away but very little around the hotel. Room was more disappointing and not as well equipped as it could have been. The fridge was crammed into a cupboard which was difficult to open/close. Bathroom was a bit grubby (see photo). We were unable to check out the spa as access was locked and keycard didn’t work - as it was short stay, we didn’t enquire at reception. Stay was fine for one night but not sure I’d stay longer and feel that the existing ratings are a little generous.

大変キレイで素敵なホテルでした。温泉とジムが併設されており私たちが滞在した部屋は無料で利用出来ました。朝食付きではないプランで予約していましたがチェックイン時に朝食を付けてもらい(19€/1人)この価格でこんなに素晴らしい朝食が？と感動！すぐ次の日の朝食も予約しました。 中心地から少し離れているものの、トラムもバス停も徒歩数分の場所にあり不便は感じなかったです。ミラノに行くことがあれば、また利用したいです。

On walking into the hotel reception the lovely clean smell was noticeable and we were made very welcome by the reception staff. Our suite was a good size, very nicely equipped and very clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the balcony outside gave us a distant view of the Duomo. The hotel is set in a nice area and at no point did we feel unsafe. The tram stop is about fifty yards from the hotel entrance and the nearest Metro is about a ten minute walk away. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Rundum alles war wirklich sehr gut! Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, aber gut erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und modern gehalten, das Zimmer angenehm groß und im Stile des Hotels mit vielen Akzenten versehen. Außerdem sind die Mitarbeitenden des Hotels sehr sehr freundlich!
