Good modern hotel though the shower had a little 'mould' in grouting. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful - would recommend this with your booking. The hotel is a little way outside of Milan centre and this is reflected in price but there are really easy to be navigate trams near by that run regularly into city. Would stay here again

Clean accommodation with very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. The hotel reception is elegant and impressive. We stayed in the family apartment beside the main hotel. It was spacious but slightly worn, with some damp visible on one wall. Some of the artwork featured nudity, which may not be suitable for families with children. The Wi-Fi was weak, although the hotel was helpful in providing an extender. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent staff.

The hotel design has character and it is easily one of the most memorable hotels I have been in. The junior suite lacked the separate reception area you come to expect but it was big for a bedroom. The bathroom was also incredibly big. Good location with a tram stop in front of the hotel, about 2 minutes walk. Average breakfast, only had a steam room no sauna and you have to book to use the place even as a hotel guest.

Great hotel for discovering Milan. Incredible staff. Contemporary style. While not particularly close to some of the attractions, navigating the city was easy and the hotel is located in a quieter district and the hotel itself is world-class without the Duomo prices.

Excellent location. Walking distance to the center. Just straight down the main avenue and walking distance to the football game at the San Siro. Staff was amazingly friendly and super helpful and present at all times. The room is standard size and perfectly fine. The bed has fantastic mattress and pillows. The bathroom is big and practical.

Had a wonderful stay, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and very clean. Perfect location to quickly get into the city center by using trolley/train right at corner of hotel and ran every 10-15 minutes. Would definitely recommend great hotel and location.

On walking into the hotel reception the lovely clean smell was noticeable and we were made very welcome by the reception staff. Our suite was a good size, very nicely equipped and very clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the balcony outside gave us a distant view of the Duomo. The hotel is set in a nice area and at no point did we feel unsafe. The tram stop is about fifty yards from the hotel entrance and the nearest Metro is about a ten minute walk away. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Nice reception/sitting area. Useful car parking. Easy access into the city using the tram a couple of mins away but very little around the hotel. Room was more disappointing and not as well equipped as it could have been. The fridge was crammed into a cupboard which was difficult to open/close. Bathroom was a bit grubby (see photo). We were unable to check out the spa as access was locked and keycard didn’t work - as it was short stay, we didn’t enquire at reception. Stay was fine for one night but not sure I’d stay longer and feel that the existing ratings are a little generous.
