Hotel Tocq
The room and bathroom were clean and nice, but were told the air conditioning could not be switched on before May. The room was very earm and we were told to open the window, but very noisy outside so difficult to sleep. Very disappounted, they couldn't even offer fans

Hotel Dei Cavalieri Milano Duomo
Staff... not helpful. No communication among them. Avoid job. Breakfast is very good but better to go early to enjoy. Location is good. Only some of hotel staffs ruined my experience.
