"Since this was my first time in Milan, Italy, so I'll start by saying that I did love how quickly the shuttle came once I called (maybe 10 mins). I also loved how much give and the overall softness of the pillows as well as the comforters. The receptionists were very kind, generous, and informative when it came to telling me about the breakfast, lunch, and dinner times, asking about when we'd need the shuttle the following morning, as well as offering us a breakfast snack bag for the morning...

"We stayed two nights and this place had everything we needed. Lovely building with pleasant tenants, felt very safe. This apartment has a great location, easy walking distance to the train station. We took a taxi to get to the Duomo, very easy to do. Excellent hosts were easy to get ahold of when I had a question about getting into the building upon arrival."

"The hotel was great but regarding the night price (more than 500 euros), I was expecting to have no flaw at all in the room but that was not the case: it was not possible to close the shower door and some water was leaking outside, the evacuator system was moving when walking on it, the bathroom door was not closing fully which is annoying to get some privacy with other guest when you need it... There are other little flaws not very important but it give you the feeling that it is not the...

"The property was nice. I had a comfortable room. There is a charge for ice. No ice machines on the floors. I don't understand quilts on the bed. It's summer. To sleep under a quilt/comforter I need to turn the AC very low. In the morning I need to turn on the heat because the room is very cold. If I take off the quilt there are no sheets. "

"The location was great. It was down the street from The Last Supper, and it was about a 5 minute walk from the metro. The trams are close by, which is on the same street as The Last Supper. We did opt in for continental breakfast, which was decent. We definitely got freshly made orange juice every morning! The only issue is the bed was pretty hard and a bit uncomfortable. "
