"This property has so much potential for being incredible, however… it’s just really good. The bellmen were outstanding!!! Everyone of them, every time I need to leave the hotel, or arrive to the hotel! No need for Uber when a taxi is only a 2 min wait. Unfortunately, for us, it rained our whole stay so the rooftop bar wasn’t open. I really wanted to experience that. The bar downstairs, was incredibly beautiful, but unbelievably empty on a Saturday night! I couldn’t for the life of me figure out...

"Beautiful hotel in a quiet area but only a 10 walk to the church & shopping. The staff were very professional and when I was shown my room on the first floor (travelling alone) I asked for something higher up and was given a lovely quiet room on the 5th floor with a view. Excellent breakfast! Secured parking 1/2 block away! I would highly recommend this hotel in Milan!!"

No formal reception either. You’re supposed to call someone, which maybe it works but it’s an extra hassle. For 3 night stay it wasn’t a big deal.."

Our room was just as we had booked, couldn’t fault it at all, it was very spacious for 3 of us and we had a great street front view.
