*NEW* Stunning Resort Pool/Jacuzzi House Sleeps 16

Welcome to our stunning resort home. This two story home has 6 bedrooms and 8 beds that will accommodate any large groups and family. Multiple seating areas are perfect for those who like to roam this beautiful home. Our large sunroom and game room makes this house an entertainers paradise. You will also be greeted with a private Oasis that features a heated grotto jacuzzi/pool (extra charge when heated) and slide. This unique experience is what wonderful memories are made of.

♨️POOL/JACUZZI HEATING♨️
Extra charge $200 per day.
Need to be requested and paid at least 48 hrs before check-in and must be on during the whole trip.
Jacuzzi only can not be heated separately.

👫 Extra guest fee: More than 16 people staying overnight will be charged $25 per person per night.

- No loud parties and gatherings over 16 people according to VRBO guidelines, we will cancel the booking and NO refunds will be made.
🤫 QUIET TIME starts 9pm to 9am.
- 5 cars parking allowed.
- No loud noise or music after 9 pm, respect our neighbors as yours.
- No smoking or vaping inside the house, outside ok.
- No drugs or weed on the premises, IF SMELL IS LEFT INSIDE THE HOUSE FINE $500 will be charged.
- No pets (VIOLATION FINE $500)

WE WILL CANCEL THE BOOKING AND NO REFUND WILL BE MADE IF BELOW RULES ARE NOT RESPECTED.

- POOL HOURS 9am to 9pm.
- NO DIVING/CLIMBING specially from above Jacuzzi rocks, not deep enough.
- DO NOT SUBMERGE HEAD inside Jacuzzi.
- KEEP LONG HAIR AWAY from any drains, Jacuzzi and pool.
- DO NOT TOUCH chorine tablets, can damage the skin and eyes ☠️
- DO NOT WASH CLOTHES in the pool ($500 PENALTY)
- KIDS must be under adult supervision.
- PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS AND KEEP THE NOISE DOWN AFTER 9PM, welcome to bring the gathering indoors.
- NO GLASS or FOOD in the pool area.
- DO NOT USE JACUZZI UNDER the influence of alcohol or any other substances, please check with your doctor if you have health issues.

👫 Extra guest fee is $25 per person, per day.

👉Other things to note
We kindly ask you to check-in anytime after 4 pm and check-out before 11 am, our cleaning team will be there at 11:00am, if any delays there will be a charge of $50 for them. 2 hours extra guest needs to pay 30% of daily rate and half day rate up to 6 hours, more than 6 hours guest have to pay a full day rate. Please let us know in advance, we will be able to confirm 48 hours before the check-in time. To be able to offer you a sanitized and clean home early check-in will be allowed only after the cleaning team had finished, same rate applies to early check-in.
