I asked for a comforter and the receptionist said they would bring it to the room and they never did. The walls are very thin and can hear the neighbors music very loud the whole night. My other neighbor was smoking marijuana and the smell penetrated my room. Only good thing about this place was the parking (which was expensive) and the area was close to everything.

The front desk receptionist Gigi was very helpful and friendly. Otherwise, it was a bad experience. valet parking is the only option and it is $31/night. The outlets on the desk did not work so had to plug the coffee machine into the outlet on the floor. I called (you cannot directly reach the front desk, must call their hotline) and the woman I was speaking to could not remember the items I was asking for (an additional garbage receptacle, and extra blanket) the code to get into the property on my first night was written on a piece of tiny post it paper. thankfully gigi sent me the code when I arrived back for my second night of stay.

The staff was nice went above and beyond the call of duty. The hotel was located in the right spot. It was easy to get to the interstate the airport and the Rodeo Dr., Hollywood Beverly Hills everything was nice. I will stay there again.
