Staff was nice. Rooms were spacious but tub and sink drained extremely slow. Mold showing in bathroom and cobwebs in curtains and corners. No usb plugs...so somewhat dated in that instance.

Converted motel with doors on the parking lot. Older place, peeling wallpaper in bathroom (just the bottom edge) and no full-sized towels. Rust around the sink drain. All in all, feels like a 2-star maybe 3-star but it’s okay for short-term stay. It’s clean enough. Close to Santa Anita Park.. I don’t think it was good value for what you get, but what is nowadays?

Staff was terrific and helpful. Room condition left something to be desired. Beat up furniture, old carpets, walls in need of repair. Linens were clean so that was a plus. The front desk staff was really nice and courteous. The beds were pretty comfortable and the linens were clean as was most of the surface areas. I think the room was clean but somewhat shabby - and some pretty old carpet which isn't awesome. It's near a major road but didn't hear road noise - people talking in parking lot were loud. For the price we paid (Rose Bowl) it was underwhelming but for a lesser price I think it delivers a place to stay overnight.

I am giving this establishment 5 stars because it is under rated in my opinion. It's not fancy, it's a motel. It was clean, the staff was nice, we felt SAFE here, breakfast was simple and did the job. We laughed and had a Good Time. This place is for down to earth, easy going folks. If this isn't you- don't book it. Maybe don't write bad reviews on small places if your standards are too high to start.

I always have some problems every time I stay here but it's the devil I know. Carpet was filthy. Bed was delightful. Parking was easy. Hot tub was sublime. Shower drip was annoying; it's California, there's a water shortage! Staff is always pleasant.
