Pre-booked and paid for a room on Expedia, only to be told when I arrived, that they have overbooked the hotel, and there is no room available for me, unless I work for an airline.....!
Totally unapologetic, uninterested, and not even willing to help me find alternative accommodation in the nearby area - in this modern era of high service to clients, social media. exposure & awareness, I find this incompetence / calibre of staff, frankly astonishing - you gotta ask questions about Marriott.....!!!!!!
