Friendly front desk, if a bit absent. Maintenance requests addressed in a timely manner, although I shouldn’t have had to need them. Unfortunately, the guest rooms remain dated and in need of a full overhaul. Ongoing construction in the corridors was quite noisy and disruptive. The cleanliness of the rooms also fell short of expectations. Parking is ample and convenient, though it comes at an extra cost. The breakfast area offers a charming outdoor terrace, but the buffet selection is very limited. The staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay.
