The Neighborhood:
Very quiet neighborhood, located on a no-through street. House is on a hill so you will have views of city and lights right off the sidewalk!

Getting Around:
Free and plenty of parking on street. Just be sure to follow parking signs (Wednesday and Friday is street sweeping days, so you'll want to park on the opposite side of the street for those days).
