Brand New Construction! The Best Guest House by SoFi, Forum, Beaches, and LAX

Centrally located this home is ideal for trips to the beach, games at SoFi, and concerts at the Forum. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly, suitable for families and small groups. Enjoy complete privacy at every window. We are 5min away from the 405, 110, and 105 freeways.

The house is stocked with coffee, toiletries, and essentials for you to enjoy. Theirs is also Darts, Boardgames, cards, and much more for you to have fun with. Enjoy the spacious floor plan and vaulted ceilings for you to feel free.
