Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you've visitors, and additional guests fees applies.

Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring to our attention. We would love to fix it for you right away. Any refunds on Cleaning or Nightly Rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

House fine, property management unsafe
House was fine, beds comfortable, kitchen fine. Gathering space (couch, chairs) inadequate for 6 people. Property managers have processes not clear when booking. They require alot of detail on who exactly is staying at the house and required me to send sensitive identity and credit card info over insecure email or booking would be terminated. Very rigid on # people-which meant our 3 other family members could not visit the 4 of us at one time, during the day. Intimidating around rules, stating immediate evacuation if rules broken.

This place was 46 degrees when we arrived we turned the heat up which did not work ! When calling to get help they suggested sending a video to repair the thermostat , I told them I was not a repairman , they said maybe they could send someone out but no one showed up I received a text at 1:30 am wanting a picture of the thermostat, we found space heater stashed in closets and used the the returns were caked in dirt Al’s the kitchen floor was soft and felt like you were going to fall through the floor the pictures of this place are great but do t be fooled and I have photos

Very comfortable beds and plenty of soft blankets for being cozy on the couch and great stove if you like to cook. The space is very clean and all the amenities excellent. It feels like a newly flipped rental, not a home exactly,but that's not a bad thing! We very much enjoyed our stay.

Basic place
This place was fine. We didn't spend a lot of time there. Another reviewer said that the master bedroom was noisy and too bright because of the cheap shades, and he was correct. I sent the property manager a list of items that would improve the experience of staying there. Like space for 4 people to comfortably sit and watch a movie. The place served our needs on a very basic level, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Nice place, cheaply updated, not the best lcoation.
Overall great cleanliness and easy to check in and get into. The location is next to a run down building in a not so great part of town, the parking lot requires you drive down an alley and park in a dirt parking lot. The place looks nice in pictures but is pretty cheaply updated and supplied (we had no extra toilet paper, only half a roll, and searched the entire place). Bottom Line: we needed this to crash for a couple nights and weren't really spending time in it. If you're looking for a cute getaway I'd avoid, if you just need to crash then it'll work. Just don't leave anything valuable in your car! Overall 3.75/5 stars.

Great for short stays
This place is good for short stays. I booked this for location to work. I stayed here for right at 3 weeks. The pictures are accurate and is decorated nicely. The bathroom and kitchen are spot on. I would stay here again for shorter stays (1 week or less). There were a few things to be aware of if booking here. The king bedroom is facing the street and for some reason gets hotter than any other room in the house. Not sure why, but it does. The windows also do not have curtains, just blinds. The room is pretty bright in the middle of the night. The kitchen window and the dining area have no window coverings. I purchased my own because it felt like there wasn’t much privacy without. The window coverings in the living room are a little on the small side. Again, felt like not the greatest for privacy. Finally, this property is managed by a company, not an individual. Not normally an issue, but the hot water heater quit working while there. I communicated through the app what was going on (there was no power to the thermostat of a gas hot water heater). Their response was instructions on how to operate the thermostat (for the heating and air). Then I had to send pictures and was told to push the red button (gfci outlets). Next was told it would be the next day before a plumber would come out. I was there for work and needed to shower, but was told it would be the next day. I took a cold shower that night and the next day while I was at work a plumber came. Of course, it was an electrical issue. There were no apologies, no we will put a rush on it or anything. Was very disappointed in the way it was handled.

Overall Good Place to Stay
Positives: House was very clean; Host was very responsive; House had everything one would need. Negatives: HVAC system set at 69, but 2 rooms were very hot during night, and 1 room was comfortable, and the living room (where thermostat was) was cold. Management company seemed over concerned with rules and concern of us having more people than stated. We are as calm and good of guests as VRBO will ever see (appears company is used to having issues and seemed over concerned).

Fantastic Spot in Longmont
This spot was perfect. We came into town for a few days for business and lucked out by finding this spot. The Marbella team was great! They were super communicative, the property was clean and exactly what was shown in the photos. Check in was a breeze, and the mattresses were fantastic! Definitely will be staying here again if we return!
