"Lovely quiet villa. Sadly there was a fair bit of maintenance required to get this property up to a good standard, such as decking boards broken and lifted, stairs chipped and splinters hanging out. We were also disappointed in the lack of communication by staff. We found them to be very reserved. On trips on the free shuttle to coco mart, the driver didn’t say a word to us. Even when we started a conversation, maybe this was lack of English. I would strongly suggest finding your own driver if...
"Dirty and bad condition. Worst place to stay and overpriced for this type of condition. Not worth paying. There seem to be no upkeeping as rooms/table/sofa/ clothes rack etc were dusty when checked in that we have to clean up the place ourselves before sitting or using it. Air con not cool at all & ceiling fan no wind at all even at highest speed (only fan blade turning). 1 of the room ceiling fan not working at all. Wash basin stained, many lights not working (got to call housekeeper late...
"Beautiful authentic Balinese villa. The resort itself was beautiful was very unexpected as I don't think there are many pictures of it. Bed was big and comfortable and had a mosquito net around it which was useful. All the amenities were functioning and clean, and the outside bathroom was lovely. I was a bit sceptical at first due to all the insects but it was fine and kept clean. The villa was cleaned everyday, including the pool and fresh bottled water was stocked for free. One thing I would...
"Friendly staffs, if you like jungle/forest/tree view, this hotel is for you. They have an infinity pool view that faces a rice field. Free WiFi and breakfast. Since it's a forest looking area, keep in mind, there will be a lot of insects. The room we got have a mosquito net. However, if you look up the net, the net has stains and some holes (which was a bit disturbing). They do provide free bottle of water for each night stay. "

"All Hotel staff are so helpful and friendly.
Service is very good with plenty of sun beds on the beach and around the pools.
Never felt over crowded with space for all in beach area and pool areas.
Lobby area is stunning and kept very clean with views of the ocean and palm trees. "
"Absolutely fantastic. There was nothing to fault. Breakfast was stunning - a la carte options included in the cost. Drinks and snacks and even dinner was very reasonable. All items of food and drink tried were absolutely delicious. The staff are a credit to the hotel. They even remembered where we sat and what we ate - even after a one week stay only! Can’t wait to return. "

It was quite a trek from our rooms to the gym but the facilities were great
