Needs a face lift, needs painting defiantly updating. The balcony doors on all rooms did not fit, gaps around the frames, so bugs and lizards etc could get in, balcony doors were not secure and hard to close. Restaurant in hotel was closed. The breakfast was rice and curry’s nothing for an English breakfast ie bacon beans sausages was non existent. It would of been nice to have a choice of these…fruit, bread was not covered so flys everywhere.

I paid for pool view had non till I complained then no water or safe in room and sheets were dirty! Hotel okay just needs a slight facelift hopefully with more customers the money for maintenance will get done!

This property is well appointed to beach, shops, food restraunts. Where it fails is not all reception staff are well train or informed. We had a room on the 3rd floor very good position Our phone never was answered by room service reception or house keeling. 3 day of our stay after speaking to reception staff You ga e us different info in regard to our phone and how it worked.as I was saying on the 3rd day finely a young man changed our phone (the buttons just did not work) he also put a modem in our room and we finally got the wifi the hotel had addvertised. Over all staff especially house keeping were great. Reception some need more training.
