Let me first start by letting you know that I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world. This is 3 Star at the most. No welcome drink at arrival. The worst hotel room I have ever stayed in - ever. Pushy staff at hotel bars. I could list 100 reasons not to stay at this place but I’ll keep it short It’s extremely old and needs to be knocked down. Staff at pool side bar are pushier than salespeople out on the road! Did I mention it needs to be knocked down?? Bedroom floor tiles loose not connected down anymore. Wooden doors so old and swollen they don’t shut. Sliding outside door to balcony not in the rails and so old the wheels don’t move - very hard to “slide” it open and shut. Aircon drips water on the floor. Bathroom glass door for shower didn’t close/had chips in it. Bathroom mirror and side lighting covered in rust. The entire hotel grounds are old and run down. I will never go back, and I will never recommend this place. Horrible hotel. Only thing worth it was the breakfast being 6/10 and the nice-looking pools being 6/10 at best. Location is also okay if you like Kuta but pick another place IMO Makes me wonder who they paid to get a 5 Star rating on Expedia TBH. Oh, and I asked about the wooden doors and aircon and was told “Yes sir the place is old” I mean what?!? So, the staff know it needs renovating… Terrible - I actually want a refund TBH it was that bad.

We had an amazing experience staying at Kuta Paradiso Hotel. The room where we stayed (family room) exceeded our expectations; it was very spacious and clean, close to the pool, and very quiet. The hotel staff, including security guards and the housekeeping team, were all wonderful and very accommodating. The location of this hotel is ideal, with restaurants just outside the hotel. Highly recommended! We will definitely book here again.
