I was beyond impressed with the facility, location but above all, the staff. The personnel was so kind, attentive and professional that this factor alone made my stay very enjoyable and pleasant. Coming back at night after a long walk around the city to sit in a quiet and beautifully decorated salon listening to an Amazing pianist was the cherry on top. I also was received at breakfast with a very much appreciated token for my birthday. Thank you very much!!!!!

Excellent room

Fantastic location

We loved the staff, location, personalized service, daily tea (5-9pm) and daily breakfast till noon. Our rate also included complimentary port and complimentary cherry liqueur. There was a kettle in the room with instant coffee and espresso as well as tea bags. Our welcome gift gave us free entry to a long list of museums, which was an added bonus. Since our room was available upon arrival, they kindly allowed us to check in early (after a red eye flight). The hotel has an old world feel out of...

Great location and beautiful amenities!

Beautiful stay

What a fabulous beautiful stay! We were made to feel so welcome, like it was our own home but also so spoiled and indulgent. A room with a view indeed!! Fabulous bed and pillows, gorgeous breakfast. Quick 10 min to walk to the city or call Ubers to if you like

Surrounded by restaurants bakeries but easy to get out of city as well centrally located

Great location and fantastic views on the roof top patio.

There was not one thing about this hotel experience that was less than first-rate. It was even better than it looked online. Breakfast was spectacular, staff was tremendous, room was perfect, quiet, comfortable. Would return here again in a heartbeat.

We loved the service, the room and the location. We will come back

Great location. Nice spacious rooms.

Décorations soignée. Propre. Bon petit déjeûner. Personnel courtois.

Shower pressure 10/10

Fantastic gym and spa

Pool was closed for maintenance but everything else was great.

If you are coming by air to Lisbon, stay in this hotel. The red metro line starts at the airport and for a couple of dollars and 35 minutes of your time you are at the end of the red metro line and depending on which exit out of the metro you take you are just across a quiet street from the hotel. Great staff, everything looks new and the breakfast is fantastic.
