"We arrived very early, the staff on the front desk did everything they could to accomodate an early check in. The concierge took all of our luggage to our room and was then very helpful in directing us to different tourist areas."

"This hotel is walking distance from Arrivals and so close that there is no need for cab and shuttle. However, the room is quite small, and the lighting is so poor that you can't adjust the Temp Controls without light from your cell phone. I give it full marks for convenience and location, but would not want to spend more than 1 night."

"We arrived early and the staff were friendly and took all our details so that when we came back to check in we just had to be handed our keys. We were also able to store our suitcases. Our room was amazing. I especially loved the bathroom. Everything was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The room was cleaned every day and clean towels supplied. The hotel is situated about a 5 minute walk from Liberdade so easy to access everything without getting lost"
