"The staff were extremely courteous. Everything in our room and the bathroom was immaculate. The breakfast was a varied selection and extremely fresh. We like that it is a quick exit from the highway but far enough so that traffic noise is not interfering with sleep. We have stayed here quite a number of times and it has always met all expectations."

"We are frequent VRBO customers. The location was perfect for our purpose, and the home was peaceful with lovely surroundings and large sun-filled rooms. However, it appears to be owned by a company, with no homey touches, and poor management practices. Upon our arrival, there were a couple of issues that needed addressing. For example, the fireplace was not working, the welcome/instruction book was only provided in French and we understood and we understood “important” so we called the...

"Washing machine had ALOT of wet sheets when we arrived, so we dried them, folded them and put them on the dining table. Shampoo and conditioner would have been appreciated. So would pepper and oil. But we knew that going in. Aside from that, place looks nice, hot tub and pool/sauna area a plus. Walking trail by river was very nice. Grounds were not well maintained and there was a hole in the wall from a door knob. Location does not have much to do in surrounding area. One of the guests did...

"We had a great stay. Unfortunately the property was not clean, there were crumbs on the couch and sheets were missing, what sheets were there had hair on them , dirty socks etc. When I reached to the property manager , late night , the manager was responsive and immediately addressed it. I found the interaction with the manager pleasant. We had no other issues for the rest of our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with staple pantry items. The decor is pleasant and tastefully done. "Severe security problems: one evening people came and said that they rented our unit and showed us a confirmation with our unit number. It turned out they were booked in the unit next door and got the wrong confirmation. ok, might happen, but they were able to open *our* door with *their* code!!!If you write to the manager, you only get AI generated answers but nobody cared about the problem. It wasn't fixed within 24 hours after reporting. At this time, there were three working PIN codes for...

10/10 Excellent
I have stayed at this hotel twice now on my drive from London, Ont to Saint John, NB. The staff there are very welcoming, and were awaiting my arrival both nights. They are very very friendly and go above and beyond to accommodate you. They recommended the restaurant on the same street that was just a 5 minute walk away (very good breakfast and cheap). I brought my cat the second time, and they had no trouble accommodating her. It is very quiet, and off the highway (but not a far drive). Within...
