Does wow cover it,I used to go to this casino when it was River Palms, but now its great I love the idea of the different casinos all in one,the beds were so comfy.The only problem we had was the atm and ticket machines were down,but in the process of being fixed.The staff were all friendly.The cage lady was the funniest I hope shes still there when we return.The sweet youg lady that checked us into the hotel shes probably one of the reasons people come back shes was very professional and friendly.Overall this hotel looks great and clean.Thanks for a nice overnight stay.

The casino floor is clean and the machines are newer. The room is not updated but very clean and the bed comfortable. Would recommend this property.

the hotel and room was clean, that was a plus for sure. But the room had no amenities like most hotels have when paying the price we did. No coffee maker, no fridge, and no working ice machines on the floors. If you want ice you have to go to the front desk and get a small baggie of ice. The lady said they haven't started up the ice machines that are on each floor since Covid. And no real restaurant in the hotel. They have a FEW small tables in a few sections in the casino among the slot machines, that you can get a limited selection of food. Use to love going to this hotel, but will not go back again.

Great stay, clean room, staff was great. I would stay again. For anyone staying with 2 or 4 people, beds are full in size rather than queen. We needed a little more space.

It's obvious they don't have routine maintenance being done anywhere and needed repairs aren't being done either. Furniture is chipped and dated, Curtains had holes in them. The hot tub is in dire need of resurfacing. The only sit down restaurant told staff on Monday that it was closing Sunday permanently so they were out of almost all food on Thursday. The general store has a little bit of everything which is nice but they said they were closing in January. In the adult arcade at least half the games don't work. It feels they are getting ready to close the property. It's a shame because the people working there are all so very nice.
