« The gentleman at check-in was phenomenal. The location was perfect, the tranquility was superb, the surrounding nature was gorgeous, it was comfortable, cozy, and it had everything we needed. We want to come back. »

« Quiet place to get away from it all. No TV, internet is spotty (which keeps you off of it) and trails to walk to the river and look for wildlife. We were there in March 2024 and the snow was melting, the temp was 15 degrees C and the sun was out. I would go again. »

« Close to Lake Louise Ski Resort, and very clean. Only complaint is that wifi is TERRIBLE and there is no cell service. Not ideal. »

« The property looked like it needed an upgrade, no tv and the WiFi did not work. The room has stained carpet and carpet was ripped. The hotel charges a lot of money but it felt like a motel 6. The jacuzzi had a leak on the shower head and had to wipe the water up to make sure it didn’t leak every where. Very disappointed. »

« bel hôtel, permet de voir aussi les chutes qui sont à 2 pas de l'hôtel. donc très bien. ceci étant le restaurant de l'hôtel n'est pas génial par rapport au prix, service un peu lent je trouve. de plus le prix de la chambre est quand même prohibitif par rapport à la prestation. les lodges de "démarrage" sont quand mêmes un peu petit pou rle prix à plus de 300 € la nuit. mais bon, on paye le cadre et la proximité des Johnston falls. »

« Chalet confortable avec ses rondins de bois et environment verdoyant. Une cheminée est à disposition avec le bois et qui est dans l axe du lit de la chambre. Tout le confort est présent meme si le nombre de couvert est limité. La literie du lit et du canapé lit mérite une revue. Il faut savoir que le site est proche d’une ligne de chemin de fer et que plusieurs fois par nuit des trains passent en klaxonnant à l approche du passage à niveau. »

« Il s'agit d'un hôtel rustique vraiment joli mais l'hébergement se fait dans des cabines vraiment vieilles non rénovées, sombres. Bien qu'il y ait une cuisine (c'est un table le soir renommée et vraiment le chef est talentueux; la cuisine est excellente) il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner sauf 1 croissant par personne et quelques items froids. Pour le prix exorbitant chargé, c'est vraiment abusif!!! Et étant isolé, des kilomètres à la ronde, il n'y a pas d'options de restauration. »

« Fantastic stay at the Lodge at Bow Lake. Customer service and hospitality were 1st rate.Food was excellent and loved the sandwiches and all the goodies you could pack for a takeaway lunch for your hikes for the day. The views were fabulous and loved the evening and early morning peacefulness of the lake before any tours arrived. »

« It was alright. It’s like you’re camping with a safe place to stay. You should bring your own firewood otherwise they will charge you. But there is a lot of sticks and wood laying around you can use if you pick it up yourself. The power went out so we didnt have lights at night, but it was an adventure. I would go again later in the summer. It’s not a luxurious experience but if you’re adventurous and like to do random things you will have fun. The horses were not there yet. It was a 3/5 for...
