We spent our evenings cooking, singing songs and watching the amazing pink sunset. Jul 24, 2024 #### An escape without sacrificing comfort, convenience, or amenities! The house was clean, spacious, well-furnished and well-stocked with everything we needed. And the EV charger was so convenient. My dog appreciated the extra touches just for him, like the dog bowls and furniture blankets. My friend and I needed a getaway where we could still get some remote work done but take breaks to enjoy the peace and quiet of lake/mountain life. It was everything we hoped it could be. The master bedroom had a comfortable desk/office set up for me. The view out the window as I worked just made work seem less stressful. The central AC was a godsend as the temperatures outside were high the week we were there. We could enjoy the sunlight streaming in from the floor-to-ceiling windows in comfort. And when the temperature dropped we had dinner and wine on the deck while watching the sunset. We were just a short drive to adorable shops and restaurants on the days and nights we wanted to go out. The Jackalope Lodge was exactly what we needed! The check-in process was clear and easy and the information provided was comprehensive and helpful.
