The cooked food for breakfast is slightly hit or miss: sometimes the prepared omelettes aren’t seasoned, the turkey bacon is not good at all, and the hot water for tea had coffee grounds in it one day. But when it’s good, it’s very satisfactory. The facilities are very comfortable, quiet, nice decor. My room didn’t have hand soap by the sink and not enough toilet paper. But I’m being particular because it’s hard to find a fault. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and professional. I will definitely be back. "

"Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. On the positive side, the property is relatively new and has spacious rooms. If you have a car, the location is convenient. However, the downside is the overpowering smell of chemicals. From the moment I entered the reception, I was hit with a strong chlorine and harsh chemical odor, unlike the pleasant scent of flowers or other pleasant fragrances that you typically find in hotels. The room, furniture, towels, and beds all smelled the same, and the harsh chemicals were so strong that they affected my nose and caused me to have a severe headache. I have no idea what kind of chemicals they use to clean the rooms and wash the bedsheets. The rooms also lack any sense of privacy with zero isolation. You can hear and feel footsteps in the hallway, and any small talk or movement inside the room is amplified. This made it impossible for me to sleep for a couple hours without waking up. The shower head is also small and has low water pressure. Finally, the room I was given had an extra noise coming from the bathroom ceiling, like a fan or something else that wouldn’t stop. While the property is new and has a good brand name, it should be held to a higher standard for a hotel. Thank you for your attention to this matter."

"The staff were all great, they helped me so much as i have am older & use a cane, the shuttle bus driver went above and beyond in helping me. The room was very clean & as i had a late checkout they helped me with my bags & were very kind. The front desk was extremely busy but the guy checking guests in was great too...could probably use more staff would be my only comment that is not glowing!"
