« This apartment was fantastic. It was clean, quite except for the ambulances which is expected in the city. The location is great. We walked to everything except the Griffin Museum and Shess Aquarium which was just a short ride away..Had a great time with our 2 college kids. Charlie was a great host and was quick to respond when we had a question. They only thing that would make this place even better is a L-shape couch so that everyone has a comfortable place to sit after a day of walking. »

« Grand Indeed! James and Jeri-Lou’s attention to detail and commitment to providing their guests a positive experience, coupled with the outstanding unit 50 floors up, made a memorable stay. The detailed instructions they provided about picking up “The Bag” and how to use its contents were VERY helpful. The doormen were friendly and knowledgeable. As we entered our romantic retreat, we were greeted by a personalized message on the TV screen welcoming us to this paradise in the sky. Nice touch!...

« We came to Chicago to visit museums and the apartment was clean and conveniently located. It had everything we needed for our stay. One note, parking is listed as an amenity. However, it wasn’t included, though there were many secure lots within a block to pay and park. »
