Enjoy your luxury designer styled loft located in Chicago's center of nightlife, restaurants, and shopping. In a completely renovated luxury building, your 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. The living room area offers a great design, nice finishes, and great large layout with large living space and bedrooms, perfect for families traveling to Chicago, professionals visiting the city on work trips, and everything in between!

This apartment has arguably the best location in all of Chicago. Located in the center of River North, two blocks from Michigan Ave, you're steps from the center of nightlife, restaurants, shopping, and Lake Michigan.

Everything flows around the spacious and sophisticated living room and chef's kitchen, offering great views from the full floor window...it's perfect for entertaining.  
  
Your spacious living room is decorated in modern contemporary art and features a large sofa, accent chairs, dining table for 8+ people, smart 55 inch TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. compatible) and bluetooth speaker for entertainment.   
  
Attached to the dining room, the kitchen is outfitted with gas-powered ranges, oven and microwave, restaurant sized refrigerator and freezer, plenty of cabinetry, plates, cups, and cutlery in addition to kitchen appliances including a coffee maker, toaster, amongst others.  
  
This one of a kind loft perfectly located and comfortably sleeping 8+ people and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The main bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom. The other two bedrooms features a queen beds. All rooms have room darkening shades.

Our units are made up fresh before each guest and their group arrives. Our cleaning services that we use on all of our properties do a thorough job of cleaning all areas, focusing on high touch point areas. Each bed is striped and all sheets, pillow covers, and duvet covers are washed thoroughly after each stay.  
  
We provide parking in a highly secure garage just a couple blocks away. The garage also accepts daily and nightly parking as well.  
  
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.  
  
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.  
  
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

Perfect location. Absolutely beautiful flat. Very well taken care of and very comfortable. The host were excellent in terms of communication and being proactive.Will definitely be using this plates again and I hope they keep it on the market.
