Our 2020 remodeled home is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located just 50 ft from the dunes of the Atlantic Ocean. It is truly a 5 star home. Whether your planning a family vacation, a 'couples week' or just getting away from the cold weather in the winter, you will find that this is the perfect vacation rental. Our beach offers something for everyone. Surf fishing, swimming, surfing, shelling and if you plan your trip between April & October you will be treated to watching giant Loggerhead & Leatherback turtles laying their eggs in the sand dunes every evening. Our shores are the largest egg-laying grounds in the world! Just 1 hour to Disney World & 35 minutes to Kennedy Space Center.

Beautiful, Quiet, beach house.

Loved the master bedroom with sliding glass door to balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Beach was not crowded and very nice. Owner of the property was very accommodating and friendly. Saw a rocket launch right from the back yard!

Great Location

Great location to restaurants, grocery stores, and just steps from the beach. We spent a week at this property and it had a great view of the beach from the porch and balcony. The property owner is very attentive and provided recommendations when asked for places to eat and things to see.

We had a great time!

We loved our stay! The place was roomy and clean. It was wonderful being able to see the ocean from the deck and it was overall very private. Not many other people at any given time.

Great Townhouse just steps from private residential beach

Beach house was perfect for our family. Bedrooms were comfortable and home was spacious and well maintained. Private residential beach is just steps away. Could see family at beach from upstairs balcony. Host was very accommodating and attentive. Would definitely stay again.

Just keeps getting better!

This was my third visit to Johnny's property and it has gotten better each time. The view is awesome and the sliding doors leave it clear to see! Having our own private oasis was amazing and being able to accommodate the whole family was a treat! It is very comfortable and relaxing. We will return!

Everything was great

Had nice view of the ocean from bedroom deck. It was great to be able to walk right down to the beach from back door/patio. The garage was helpful to store bikes and surfboards. It was like having full house on the beach compared to just a room. The place was pretty well stocked with everything we needed. The property manager was close by and readily available.

Great accomodations

My family stayed here the first week in June and had a great time. The condo was beautiful and clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. Great view of the beach from the second floor balcony and the beach itself was just steps away. There were only about 10-15 others on the beach at any one time so the serenity was nice. We spent one day at Disney (about 1 1/2 hours away) and went up to Kennedy Space center (about 30 min. away), there are a lot of attractions within driving distance. I would definitely come back for a return visit.

Relaxing Vacation

The location is great. You have beach access out your back door and Cocoa Beach is a short drive away. Cocoa Beach is more commercialized so you can find plenty of that excursions there. The house was very clean when we arrived. Quiet location and the neighbors were great. Johnny checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was kosher and was very helpful with everything we needed. There’s lots of chairs and beach amenities in the garage. This is when I would normally list any complaints but I have none. Was a great vacation.

2nd stay here

We enjoyed our time here again. We stayed back in 2021. This time was just like the last time. You just can’t beat the beach location and access and the convenience to stores and restaurants. This space is perfect for 5-6 adults and it meets our needs. The views are gorgeous and we love the balcony especially at night. Johnny is kind and friendly and easy to communicate with. He always extends an early check in when available. We purchased some beach towels and a couple of boards and left them for the next person. We put a little extra cleaning into the kitchen and the washing machine but overall the place was very clean. Johnny’s price is most reasonable for what you get. Others charge much more so we are grateful for this opportunity to stay on the beach…again. Thank you for another excellent family vacation!

Very nice location

We usually stay further down in Melbourne Beach. We decided to try this location because it was much less expensive and still had great ocean access. It was so convenient to get to restaurants, stores, etc.... the beach was a little busier than what we usually experience, but it wasn’t crowded at all. Often times we had it to ourselves. We even got to witness a rare sea turtle that warranted the photographers and preservation team members to come down and tag and film it. And we were right there for it all and got invited to come closer as the turtle left the nest and went in the water. The unit had plenty of room for us and 3 bathrooms which was nice. There were plenty of dishes. Some of the beds were more comfy than others but you can’t please everyone. Overall, the unit was good. It could have used some deep cleaning, but it wasn’t so bad that we couldn’t stay. We enjoyed it and appreciated saving $1000 by staying somewhere different and new to us Johnny was helpful and kind and checked in with us and made sure everyone was happy and things were smooth. If we had a complaint, I’m sure he would have fixed anything we asked for. We will miss the gorgeous views, private beach, and waking up to the ocean.

What a Disappointment!

For what we paid to stay here--I feel really ripped off. Obviously no one has spent time or money on this place in many many years. Kitchen sparsely furnished (blender had one whole button that worked!), bent silverware, no serving dishes and I worried every time we opened door of dishwasher. Bedding and mattress must have been from the Kennedy administration--had to buy a pillow from Walmart so I could sleep. At first one cheap and tiny bath towel per person--only given more when I insisted. Furniture in house was very worn. Bathrooms need updating to say the least. No beach chairs--I had to buy some and get reimbursed. No beach towels. Furniture on patio is incredibly worn and dirty. Weeds in landscaping. A child would never have been able to open sliding doors. Oh and says 3 baths--just don't plan on having 3 hot showers in a row! Owner says he is going to remodel--apparently been saying that for years!! Beach was beautiful & love the Indialantic/Melbourne area--we will be back but would never rent from this owner again.

Great location and beautiful views!

The location is perfect, right on a beach that was uncrowded even though we stayed during Spring break. Just a short walk out the patio and you’re on the beach. We really liked being able to leave our chairs and umbrella set up all day, going back and forth for lunch and to the bathroom. The view from the upstairs balcony of the ocean is beautiful. The location is convenient to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. There were beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards in the garage for us to use. Also, there were trash bags, paper towels, paper plates, toilet paper, soaps and dish detergent, which you normally don’t find in a vacation rental. The condo was nice and clean and had been nicely remodeled. The patio was great for sitting outside, listening to the waves, with a table and chairs where we ate lunch most days. Here is why I rated it a 4 instead of a 5– The living room sofa was sagging and had books under the legs to hold it up. After sitting on it for a short time, our backs would ache. Johnny Valentine, the owner, stopped by at the beginning of our stay to ask if everything was ok. I told him about the sofa. He brought an extra chair over from the condo next door and told me he would be ordering a new sofa, but it of course wouldn’t be there during our stay. He said no one else had ever complained about the sofa. That night, we ran the dishwasher — or at least thought we had—but the dishes were still dirty in the morning, so I washed them by hand and sent Johnny an email thinking he would send someone to look at the dishwasher. He came a little later and cleaned the drain and told us we had to slam the door shut really hard to get it to work. He has another dishwasher in the garage to replace the one in the kitchen and said he would be replacing the dishwasher but not that week. The dishwasher worked better afterwards but I would advise not running it at night because it is very noisy. Also, there were only 4 coffee cups and limited bowls and plates, so we had to run it daily with 4 of us staying there. When Johnny stopped by the 2nd time, he offered to refund my money and we could look for another place to stay if we couldn’t make do. I had no desire to try and do that, it would have been a lot of work for one thing, and probably about impossible during Spring break. The location and the beach outweighed the negatives of the sofa and the dishwasher, although I hope they are replaced soon.
