« Nice hotel, calm and comfortable. Staff very kind, polite and professional. Room very spacious, comfortable and clean. Bedding was of great quality. Access to the hotel is not very convenient with luggage (there is a big metro station very close, but inconvenient with luggage). There aren't many restaurants close to the hotel (there are some, but not very close). »

"C’est notre 5eme séjour à Tokyo et après avoir séjourné 4 fois au Mercure de Ginza Tokyo, nous étions à la recherche d’un autre hôtel suite à sa fermeture. Nous avons trouvé le Tokyu Stay Ginza ! Nous avons pris les chambres les plus grandes pour notre séjour de 3 semaines et nous en sommes pleinement ravis ! Elles sont confortables et calmes !! Le personnel est très accueillant et l’hôtel est idéalement placés dans Ginza, très proche des métros ( 3 lignes la G, M et H qui mènent à de nombreux quartiers ). Nous sommes sûrs de revenir à cet hôtel pour notre 6 ème séjour !"
