都会にいることを忘れられる素敵な宿
高齢の父の誕生日祝いで利用させていただきました。 行きも帰りも、目白駅乗車と下車にてタクシー利用をしました。 （行きにタクシー利用をする際は、目白駅を出て、道路を渡って反対側にてタクシーを拾ってください。） 働いている外国人の方も、対応はさすが椿山荘といったところですが、欲をいえば、もう少し日本語の発音や言い回しのトレーニングをした方が良いかも知れません。 （もちろん通じない訳ではなく、どなたもとても丁寧な対応なのですが、他のビジネスホテルやシティホテルよりランクが上のホテルという点で、ぜひ極めていただきたいという個人的意見です。） 全体的には、予約の時点から、全てのスタッフのみなさまには、とても丁寧にご対応きただきました。 ホテル内で2度食事をしましたが、2度とも父へのデザートプレートを、誕生日仕様にしてくださいました。 父も（横にいた母も）大喜び。 今回は、「みゆき」さんと「木春堂」さんと、2つのレストランにおせわになりました。 スタッフのみなさまは、終始とても丁寧で笑顔の素敵なご対応でした。 お部屋に入ると、御祝いでの宿泊ということでお菓子がすでに用意されており、脇にはメッセージカードが添えられていました。 お部屋は、大人4人での宿泊だったため、コネクティングルームを予約、到着時にはそのように準備くださっていました。 アメニティグッズは、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ（シャワージェル）、固形石鹸、ボディーローシェンがL'OCCITANEで揃えられていて、特にボディーローシェンは個人的に当たりでした。 シャワールームとバスタブが別れており、そしてどちらも広々、とても快適です。 チェックインとアウトでも、色々と丁寧なご対応と、そしてアウトの際には父向けに、更にフロントの皆様からの御祝いメッセージカードを頂戴いたしました。 父は大感激です。 晴れの日でしたので、庭園にて満開の啓翁桜を見ることもでき、一時間に何度かある雲海も鑑賞できました。 ラウンジでは、素敵な器で、コーヒーや紅茶、ケーキなどもいただき、とても優雅で気持ち満たされる時間を過ごせました。 ご対応くださったスタッフのみなさま、本当にありがとうございました。 またぜひ利用させていただきたいと思います。
