This property was excellent for the requirements of our family and our trip. We wanted to stay close to Ueno train station, so this property was only a short flat walk which made it access with suitcases. The room was amazing, very spacious and clean, just immaculate. We chose the ciry view family room, and although the view wasnt anything spectacular (our room overlooked a strip club) it was relatively quiet. Maybe next time i would stay overlooking the park, as the park across the road is beautiful. Staff were very helpful at using the self serve check in desks. Felt it was a fantastic hotel for the price we paid, could not fault it.
