« C’est notre 5eme séjour à Tokyo et après avoir séjourné 4 fois au Mercure de Ginza Tokyo, nous étions à la recherche d’un autre hôtel suite à sa fermeture. Nous avons trouvé le Tokyu Stay Ginza ! Nous avons pris les chambres les plus grandes pour notre séjour de 3 semaines et nous en sommes pleinement ravis ! Elles sont confortables et calmes !! Le personnel est très accueillant et l’hôtel est idéalement placés dans Ginza, très proche des métros ( 3 lignes la G, M et H qui mènent à de nombreux...

"L'hôtel est à proximité du terminal 3 ce qui est très pratique pour prendre son vol très tôt. Nous n'avons pas testé le petit dejeuner ni le spa. À proximité de l'hôtel, vous trouverez un konbini Lawson, en marchant 5 minutes vous trouverez des restaurants et un autre konbini (7 eleven). Nous sommes arrivés à 22h à l'aéroport et nous avons été surpris de constater que la plupart des restaurants étaient fermés. À part cela, le check in et check out sont très rapides et pratiques. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et tous les équipements nécessaires sont fournis. Je recommande chaleureusement cet établissement. "

"J'ai aimé le coté sympathique des employés. J'ai moins aimé qu'il n'y ait pas de placard (valise ouverte sous le lit, car pas de place). La fenêtre ne souvre pas, meme de quelques centimètres. On est veue changer mes draps alors que je partais le lendemain sans que je l'ai sollicité (ils changent les draps tous les 3 jours)."
