Pillows were terrible and made it hard to sleep. Considering the price and type of hotel, it was surprising that it wasn’t build to block out noise, like the trains running past.

Everything about this hotel was great. I enjoyed the ability to have a view of the Tokyo Tower from my room and the ability to get around the city so easily with 2 train stations nearby and a cab readily available downstairs. I would also like to thank the property for holding on to an item I mistakenly left behind while on the trip. They held onto to it until someone could retrieve it on my behalf. I will definitely recommend and will stay here next time i am in tokyo!

Arriving in Tokyo at 7am we were pleased the hotel stored our bags until we could check-in later that day. Our room had a great view of the Tokyo Tower (but so did the foyer). The restaurant had delicious food for dinner and the breakfast was so generous. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. Our shower was a little lacklustre but didn't detract from our stay. Small room but only slept there. Very convenient entry from Shiodome Station for the subway.

This hotel was perfect and practical for our one week stay in Tokyo. It was walking distance to the fish market, Ginza shipping district and the train station which made it very easy to get around. The staff was polite and respectful and very helpful. The rooms are comfortable with an amazing view of the city and tower!
