"The hotel is wonderful and the location is excellent. Tokyo is a very big city and Ginza is a very central “neighborhood”. These two characteristics alone would be enough to rate the hotel as excellent. However, the hotel exceeds all expectations in terms of staff. The hospitality was the best I have ever seen! The entire staff is well trained and very attentive, including with our 7-month-old baby - special mention for the VIP service for him. We will definitely be back!"

"This is a superb hotel with an excellent location. Many restaurants and very safe street. Between quiet and low people traffic. The staff are very professional with a warm loving attitude towards guests. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the price is reasonable. The view is outstanding from every angle at the lobby. The view from my room is fabulous. Overall, it is a great place to stay."

"Nice hotel in the centre of Ginza with many stores and restaurants around the area. Close to the metro stations too. Our rooms were cleaned every day and given 2 bottles of water (at each of our rooms). Would definitely reccomend if you have the budget for it. "

From the guys at the front door, to the gorgeous girls in white operating the rotating girl, front desk team, restaurant staff, spa staff, room service - faultless. I felt so recognized and valued. The hotel breakfast is lovely, as was room service and is well located near Ginza. The design is a little dated but in pristine condition, and the customer care more than compensated.
