The hotel idea/concept is cool restoring an old warehouse. However, they need to completely restore it. My room was big and open and had a cool view of the water but the ceiling was dark and dingy. Cobwebs and dirt covered the old concrete. The amenities need to include a pool and free workout center as you can only workout if you pay a substantial fee. It was also very loud and the walls were paper thin. I could hear every word of all the rooms around me and it was like they were sitting next to me. No privacy!
The most frustrating thing was how the hotel and their security were constantly looming in the huge lobby area because you could only eat food from the one restaurant they had open, which is absolutely ridiculous. We were there with a ball team and there is nowhere to meet in a common area unless we wanted to eat their overpriced food.
