Girls weekend
We enjoyed our stay since the weather was beautiful & nice sitting out back looking over the river. The indoor seating were not the most comfortable & could improve on house cleaning. We were disappointed we didn’t get to check-in before 4 pm, especially that we requested for early check-in. The home wasn’t booked before us, we were hoping cleaning staff could of done it the day before or in the morning. We’ve been renting homes for a long time & never had a problem with early check-in. The beds were comfortable with appropriate bedding, everyone seem to have slept good.

Poorly maintained
First impressions unclean and unkept yard, The grass was uncut and garbage piled up in driveway from weeks past. Both couches were broken with springs hanging through the bottom and thus seats caved in which made evening TV watching not comfortable.as you can't sit on couches. The propane for BarBQ empty so we had to use the oven which was really dirty. We left a day early due to all of the above.
