not a pleasant stay, to noisy, staff was not pleasant to deal with, lacking of manners. would not walk in this area, there were needles on the ground around property and selling drugs out front.

Property was nice. Room was well equipped for a short or long stay. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Good breakfast. Staff seemed friendly. Small but warm pool. Nice outside area to sit and enjoy breakfast or read a book. There was a little bit of damage in the room which didn't affect our enjoyment, but aesthetically would be good to fix. The only actual complaint was a bit of a wet carpet smell. Downtown Hamilton is falling apart. That's nothing to do with the hotel (so don't hold that against them) but a plug for the city to try to clean up its downtown.

Great stay and close to everything! I rented this room for my birthday celebration and it was spacious. I would suggest putting more lights in the room, it was soooo dark that I had to take the shades of the lamps just to have some light. Front desk was lovely in trying to locate more lamps, but could t find any.
