The hosts are so nice, Gwen especially. I was stayed there for the BLACKPINK concert. They are friendly and make you feel at home! There are no elevators but that’s alright, it was great nevertheless. I highly it recommend for those on a budget and looking for a safe & quiet place. It’s by the mountains and the view was amazing. The room I had was way better than I expected it was organized, clean and comfortable.I definitely would come stay again if I’m around the area.

This is my first time writing a hotel review. I feel it is necessary to write one as I think more people should know more about The Laundry Rooms Augusta. Their check in/out process is fast and convenient. Their suites are beautiful and sparkly clean. The entire property is secured, gorgeous and luxurious. They also have one of the most amazing and friendly team - Amanda and Peter are just the absolute sweetest and kindest. There is no 24/7 receptionist but this did not make our stay any less...

The hotel is 8 minutes away from McMaster. The staff are very friendly. We stayed in two queen bed room and it is very spacious. The bed is very comfortable and the carpet looks new. The room has a fridge and microwave that’s definitely a plus. We heard a bit white noise from the highway but it didn’t bother us to sleep like a baby! We will definitely come back again.

Everything was excellent and Fridge, Safe and Microwave were well received. Very quiet and exceptionally clean. My wife and I had a good nights sleep.

Wonderful and friendly staff. Very close to St Joseph Hospital. Lovely buffet breakfast, dining room and large outdoor patio.

Property is currently under renovations but access is easy and all amenities are available and in great condition. Room was recently renovated, very clean and comfortable.

I stayed for a week and the vibes were great. They had carollers on Christmas Eve which was lovely. I was pleasantly surprised with all the shops at walking proximity and enjoyed going on daily strolls. The water really did it for me and I am grateful I got to admire such a beautiful view everyday. I would love to come back one day and experience it during summer. Side note, I do recommend bringing your own brown noise machine as the walls are thin. I played mine from my Bluetooth and slept...

Super cute place close to downtown. Breakfast was included too! It was a small room and smelled a little moldy but other than that very happy with the stay!

Everyone was really friendly. Breakfast sandwiches were yummy!! Overall we were happy with the cleanliness and comfort.

Except for when ordering thru Expedia, we were A group of 4 people and only offered A King Bed. They said at the front desk that Expedia does this all the time. At the time of booking, I said said we were A group of 4, So bad on Expedia,
