"Quick check in and check in staff very hospitable. Other staff not so friendly. Quick response to bathtub not draining properly. Proximity to Aventura Mall and adequate parking swayed my decision to stay at this property. Room without complimentary drinking water. 2 bottles therefore requested from front desk on same night as check in; they were the only ones provided. Not advised of hotel's policy regarding complimentary bottled water. Room not cleaned during 2 nights stay nor policy advised at checkin to avoid retaining left over food or trash in the room. No substitute offer given to provide fresh towels. Why are Room charges applicable given hotel's policy????? Bathtub not properly cleaned and drainage not properly functioning Complimentary continental breakfast and tea/coffee not hot After a day shopping, I prefer to return to a clean room with at least a bottle of drinking water. Doubtful I will return to this property"
