"Welcome to your Gulf-front dream! This charming three-bedroom, three-bath condo is within walking distance from the Hang-Out and provides direct access to the beach. The complex offers a HEATED outdoor pool in the center, providing the perfect spot for relaxation and enjoyment.

Ideal for families, this condo boasts three spacious bedrooms. The Master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 sets of bunk beds. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with TVs for entertainment. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are provided within the unit. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen that allows for the preparation of delightful meals during your stay.

Managed by Poole and Associates,
One parking pass comes with your reservation total. You can purchase one additional pass by contacting our office to add the additional pass to your reservation. Linens, and a starter set of toilet paper, trash bags, and kitchen soap are provided. You will need to bring extra of these items, along with coffee filters, seasonings, and don't forget the beach towels.
This unit is pet-friendly with a non-refundable $225 pet fee per pet. Age requirements, check-in procedures, and smoking policies are outlined in the property's guidelines.
Kindly note, there are no monthly or 'Snowbird' rental rates; this property is available for daily or weekly rentals only.

Nice place to stay with family.

The condo was clean, the teens enjoyed having there on space away from the adults in a bunk room. the kitchen was a little small, It was in walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. The beach was absolutely beautiful.

While their were issues. They had just finished rebuilding after the hurricane. Any small issues were handled quickly and efficiently. Wonderful views. Comfortable beds. I would recommend staying here.

Excellent Experience!

We had an amazing week staying at this location. Beach side access was a huge plus, as well as waking up to a view of the beach from our living room. Walking distance to multiple restaurants. Loved that it was a “corner spot” right in front of the stairs. The kids loved the loft area with bunk beds. The management company were amazing and very accommodating. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend staying here. It was perfect for our week long stay in Gulf Shores!

Great view of the beach!

Regatta 305A has a great view of the beach! Overall the condo was nice. Well kept and generally clean. Had a couple of weird evenings with a hootin' and hollerin' session with some of the other guests. We coined the phrase, the Redneck Regatta. Overall though, great experience and love Gulf Shores!

Perfect location

This unit is very dated for the price point and the water pressure in the bathroom showers is almost non existent when turned to warm but I’m giving this an overall good review because the location of this unit is excellent and who really goes to the beach to spend any time in condo. Sand is just as beautiful as Destin sand in front of the condo and walking distance from many good restaurants. We really enjoyed walking to the hangout one night to sit and listen to the live band. We had a wonderful time here.

Summary

Tub's dirty with molded mats tub's needs updated shower liner was cracked with soap , tile floors was dirty, nasty carpet in 2nd bedroom needs removed, nasty stained up pillows in 2nd bedroom and requested them to be removed. Kitchen was well stocked . Balcony awesome and view was perfect

I’m Ready To Go Again!!!

This condo was perfect for my family. Walk out the door, beach to the right, pool to the left, walking distance to everything. don’t get any better than that. I sat out on the lanai in the mornings drinking coffee and watching marine life. What a way to start the day! It was clean, plenty of room for our local friends who came to hang out, kitchen well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Loved the decor, the loft was perfect for the kids. My only complaint is... we had to leave. I hope it’s available next trip down.

Gulf Shores

Renting a condo is not for us, we had to do this in order to find that out. I think we were expecting no sand dunes in front of the building. The third floor was also not to our liking but we knew that it was a 3rd. Fl. I would have liked more boutique shopping closer. Food was not great. I will tell you this Poole Inc. was very responsive and had great communication. I would recommend them. I just don’t think we like Gulf Shores.

Great Location

The condo provided us with everything we needed. Great views and close to everything. The kitchen was well stocked. Advice for older couples. If your planning on sleeping upstairs please know the steps can be a challenge for older people like myself. I would book again but with only 2 couples.
