If you want privacy, the perfect beach vacation awaits you at this condo! Truly the ultimate choice in beach accommodations, as it is the ONLY penthouse condo that occupies the entire top floor (6th) of Seawind's exclusive Private Residences building. A private elevator services each floor of the building; no delays in getting to and from the beach. And, the private, oversized balcony gives you a steps away, close-up, view of the gulf!!

This beautifully decorated three bedroom/three bath unit has a total of 1600 sq. ft with ceramic tile throughout! The master features a king bed, the second and third bedrooms have queen beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room sleeps 8 total. At the end of the day, enjoy TV/DVD on the large flat panel TV in the living room or any of the bedrooms, or watch the moonlight from your private balcony (accessible through 3 sets of sliding doors off the living room, dining room and master bedroom).

Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances you will need, and a full-sized laundry. We know you want to get away from it all, but it's also nice to be able to stay in touch, so this condo includes HIGH SPEED WI-FI Internet.

Great Getaway for Family and Friends

We enjoyed our stay in the Penthouse. It was nice to be on the beach and be able to walk to dinner and shopping. This is a great setup for family or friends. It has a nice big porch overlooking the ocean.

Disappoint, the inside and outdoor pool was closed. And hot tub cold until the last two days. Was no disclosed were it had been closed for months. That should of been stated. The condo was very nice with a great living room. Was close walking distance to lots of things.

Great location right on the beach. Very spacious condo that was very well maintained. The water line to the ice maker started leaking and they addressed it within the hour for us. Definitely would stay there again.

This was definitely one of the best properties we have stayed at in Gulf Shores! Everything was beautiful, from the panoramic views of the beach to the condo decor. The location was within walking distance to everything in the area. The owners were great with communication and fixed our very minor issue within the hour! Overall 10/10! Would love to stay again!

Great place, great view, great location!

Stayed with my parents, wife and kids. Very clean, spectacular view, comfortable beds and furniture. Restaurants, convenience store, and beach were all within a very short walking distance. Short drive to many more restaurants, zoo, golf courses and bait shop. Great spot on the beach for swimming, surf fishing etc. Perfect spot for any type of group.

Perfect Getaway at the Beach

The owner was extremely helpful and easy to arrange things with. The place itself is beautiful with spacious rooms, clean, nice furniture, stocked with all the essentials (plus lots of extras), and of course a spectacular view off the balcony. This place has everything you need to have a relaxing time at the beach or have fun like we did running back and forth from the beach to the pool and to the room again. We can't wait to go back again!

Great Location

Can’t beat the property and location. Private elevator to beat the big lines for the elevator. Only negative thing would be the sewer smell that comes lift station under the building when they clean the pool. Other than that a great stay.

Perfect!

We absolutely loved this unit. The huge balcony was a plus and everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved there was a selection of books to borrow. Only suggestions- there was one beach chair and it was for a toddler. The 2 loungers on the balcony have seen better days. Other than that, we absolutely loved staying here and everyone was sad to leave.
