Our recently updated condo is a little piece of paradise! Located right across the street from public beach access. The Hangout is a short walk down the boulevard. The condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 9. 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, a bunk, and a sleeper twin. 2 balconies overlooking the pool. Parking is directly below the unit. Wifi/cable tv are provided.

Our family had a wonderful trip. Proximity to the beach was fantastic. Having a pool was a nice feature, especially with children. Ryan was quick to respond to any questions we had.

This was our first family vacation in 25 yrs and the first trip to the beach for my husband and granddaughter. The location was great the beach is across the street. We were there June 22-26 (Sun-Thurs) traffic wasn't bad at all. We were able to walk to some shops. I did contact Ryan about the AC downstairs on Monday he had someone there on Tues. The AC upstairs was super cold! I froze but my husband was in heaven. Large TV's in all the rooms.
