Quiet rural location - we watched deer grazing out our window. It’s walkable to downtown Nevada City, but it’s about 1-1/2 miles each way and the first portion is along a country road with no shoulder or sidewalks. Very dog friendly - Deanna provided treats, bowls and a dog bed for our canine companions. ##### Julie W. Everything as described and as pictured in the Vrbo listing. Easy to find, good parking for up to 2 vehicles. Clear and straightforward communications with property manager. We really enjoyed our stay, and won't hesitate to stay again if we return for a visit to the area. ##### Simon P.
