"Beautiful property,very clean, felt safe, had the beach to ourselves"

"Nothing can beat the beautiful ocean views right outside your back door. We enjoyed this property with our 5 kids and 3 grandchildren (ages 1-3). Everyone had the option of going from the beach to the pool, to the kitchen for snacks, to the bed for naps all right there. The house is well equipped with most everything you need. We snorkeled around the north side and decided the snorkeling right out back was some of the best! This gave those antsy people something to do and what beautiful marine life right there. Go to Rum Point if you want a calm beach where the kids can access the water more easily or Starfish beach is a short drive away. There are sea turtles off the dock at Rum Point if you want to snorkel with those ... so cool! We also loved our tour with Captain Ben to Stingray City and some other great spots. The road is busy and loud if you're staying in one of the bedrooms by the street, otherwise you don't hear much at the back of the house. We stocked up on groceries at Hurley's (Foster's was a mad house) and then used the local market 4 doors down for random purchases. You can walk there on the beach. We had some strong winds but on the days that were calmer we used the kayaks which were fun. Having the dock to launch from for snorkeling was a plus. Not the best water entrance for young kids to hang out at - too much coral - but they enjoyed playing in the sand and the pool. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off - very convenient. The house was immaculate."

"If you like beautiful scenery and a peaceful place to relax, this condo is perfect. The two bedrooms, two baths were perfect for my family and would be good for couples. And it was spotless when we arrived. The beach and pool are steps away and are a great place for a cup of coffee in the morning or cocktail in the evening. The outdoor shower next to the pool is really nice to rinse the salt water off when you're done with your day's adventures. You'll have everything you need in the kitchen for making meals. And having a washer and dryer is an extra bonus so you can pack less. You are just minutes from Rum Point and Kaibo if you want to be around some action. We loved exploring and snorkling at the small public access beaches that can be found all around the island. Often, we were the only family there. This condo has it all! "

"This is a super cute little group of homes with a pool on the water. Here are the things you won't know from the advertisement although you're on the water you can't swim it's covered in rocks and coral. Bring aquasocks if you plan on trying to go out on the water. The furniture in unit two in the living room needs to be replaced you sit on the couch or love seat and you sink in. Beds and pillow are very good. Ac is good. Dishwasher needs updating. If you dont know grand cayman this is a 40 minute ride from the nice area seven mile beach... when you land at the airport rent a car and do your shopping at the bigger soap or get down there the one near the house is very small. I'm not sure if it was from the recent wins before we got there but lots of seaweed on the beach. The views from the deck are fantastic Grill and kitchen appliances worked great for a small family"
