"Great little condo. Host was super responsive. Location is quite far from seven mile beach but there were several places to eat nearby and just a short walk to Starfish Point. I especially liked the screened balcony so I could relax without worrying about bug bites!"

"View is fabulous. House had everything we needed. Plenty of linens beds were comfortable. Property management was great to work with, very easy check in & out. Would definitely go back. The only issue we had was during this time of year in the water we had an experience with sea itch. From what I read it’s common in the area. Not everyone was affected however. Pool was great also! "

"This was a great spot: nice pool, sandy beach (with lots of shade) and a nice restaurant next door. We used the double kayaks to explore the mangroves and the bikes to go to Starfish Point (we also walked there...its pretty close). The ocean in front of the condo is very calm but pretty shallow...its ok, but the walk to Starfish Point is definitely a better option for swimming and snorkeling. The condo itself was very nice and had lots of extras: coolers, beach chairs, pool toys...even a fishing rod. Lots of other beaches in the area to explore as well; each one is different but beautiful in its own way. We definitely had a great time."

"Oh my....we've stayed at the Gardens of the Kai five or six times in the last couple of years at a different villa, this place rocks!!! Everything was perfect. Location, view, amenities, Judy manager came by to check on us, a very fresh clean place that we will be back to visit, just not telling when. "
