A beautiful hotel with excellent service from start to finish. Our room was ready upon our noon arrival, which was a wonderful and much-appreciated surprise. We were able to change into our bathing suits right away and take a pleasant, short walk to the beach. The beach bathrooms were also very clean and well maintained. Beach service was excellent—chairs were set up for us, sunscreen was provided, and the staff was attentive and friendly, making the entire experience effortless and relaxing. The hotel staff truly stood out with their attention to detail and genuine hospitality, which made our stay feel special. We also enjoyed the delicious miso soup at Milkberry restaurant. An added bonus is that the hotel is right next door to its sister property, Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa, where the popular Library by the Sea bar is located. Having easy access to that experience was something we really enjoyed. One small suggestion for improvement: the in-room safe was located on the top shelf inside the closet, which was difficult to reach. At 5’1”, it was a bit of a struggle, and a lower placement would be much more convenient.

Great hotel-One of the nicest staffs in all areas. A great experience - Bonny Moon is a fantastic beach bar. Pocket the 50% savings over the Kimpton and walk 200 yards through a park to the beach. A no brainer!

From the moment we were greeted with cooling towels and a fruity refreshment, to the beautiful view from our balcony, the gorgeous sunset from the rooftop restaurant , Pom Pom, great service from lobby staff to get us taxis for excursions or dinner out, servers at breakfast were exceptional as well those who assisted with towels and sunscreen by the beach and pool, we couldn’t be happier. Excellent service from the moment we walked on the property. From concierge to pool staff to restaurant servers and the crew down at the beach - everyone was kind and helpful gracious. Good dining options and close to others if you want to venture off. Lovely pool and excellent beach. The only problem you will have is not wanting to leave. Thank you for a memorable stay! It’s excellent - they accommodated plenty of requests, it’s very baby friendly, stylish, functional, we loved the shallow pool, golf cart drive drive to the beach is only a few minutes and drivers are so helpful and friendly!

Service was exceptional the second I got on the property until we left.The hotel was so clean, the staff so nice, options of food was great and conveniently on the property and to the sister property.The walk was a short 4 min walk to the beach or use of go carts was nice. The beach was the most beautiful beach I've been to so far. I could see all the way to the ground when i was on the jet skis. I've been to DR, bahamas, jamaica, Mexico, bermuda, florida beaches, Destin, but nothing compares to Grand Cayman 7 mile beach.I will definitely use IHG hotels for now on.The trip was so memorable with all the little things the staff did for my hubby's birthday.My only complaint was the room service dessert.The selection was only off the kids menu and it was not good at all. But other than that,i have nothing but good to say about the hotel and location.

Beautiful, clean hotel. Very friendly staff, especially Paul at the front drop off. He can tell you about anywhere you may want to go on the island. A special shout out to Angelica at the front desk who took care of everything all hours of the day and night
