"We came to Grand Cayman for my wife’s birthday and had an outstanding time.. Craig is absolutely terrific and very responsive. We had one of our suitcases break and needed a screwdriver. I emailed Craig and in less than 2 minutes, Roy was at the front door with the screwdriver.. The location and condition of the house was very nice, the pool with it beautiful view of the water is exactly what were hoping for!! Not one issue at all.."

BEAUTIFUL 3 BEDROOM VILLA LOCATED DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH, EXCELLENT SNORKELING

Our best stay yet!

"This was our third visit to Grand Cayman and this was our favorite property that we have rented. The location was close to many great restaurants, Run point and Starfish beach. The Villa had everything we needed, the owners were very responsive with our questions and made everything so easy. The sandy beach and easy access to the water made it easy to snorkel and kayak. There was ample shade as well as plenty of sunshine- the perfect mix. The beds were very comfortable. We love the quiet and easy laidback feel of the North Side as well. This is our new favorite place and we have been recommending it to all of our friends!"

Coco Kai Beach Front Villa with Heated Pool and Private Dock

Amazing!

"Nothing can beat the beautiful ocean views right outside your back door. We enjoyed this property with our 5 kids and 3 grandchildren (ages 1-3). Everyone had the option of going from the beach to the pool, to the kitchen for snacks, to the bed for naps all right there. The house is well equipped with most everything you need. We snorkeled around the north side and decided the snorkeling right out back was some of the best! This gave those antsy people something to do and what beautiful marine life right there. Go to Rum Point if you want a calm beach where the kids can access the water more easily or Starfish beach is a short drive away. There are sea turtles off the dock at Rum Point if you want to snorkel with those ... so cool! We also loved our tour with Captain Ben to Stingray City and some other great spots. The road is busy and loud if you're staying in one of the bedrooms by the street, otherwise you don't hear much at the back of the house. We stocked up on groceries at Hurley's (Foster's was a mad house) and then used the local market 4 doors down for random purchases. You can walk there on the beach. We had some strong winds but on the days that were calmer we used the kayaks which were fun. Having the dock to launch from for snorkeling was a plus. Not the best water entrance for young kids to hang out at - too much coral - but they enjoyed playing in the sand and the pool. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off - very convenient. The house was immaculate."

The Harvey Nicole: Modern Caribbean Ocean Front Condo Grand Cayman.

Loved our stay!

"When we got there it was nice to walk into such a clean place and they had the air turned down for our arrival. Check in was easy with Nicole's instructions and we had no trouble finding the place. I can say there is nothing that we didn't like about the condo, the beach, or the location. The beach is nice and sandy. Yes, there is some sea grass on the beach, but it isn't the entire beach area, it doesn't smell, and we just didn't find it to be a big deal. Getting into the water is rocky and grassy but I either wore my water shoes or fins getting in and had no problem. I did see plenty of people just getting in with bare feet but I wouldn't recommend it as there was some broken glass on the beach and in the water and some of the rocks and shells are sharp. We just loved the quiet side of the island. The condo is close to Rum Point where we went in the evenings to watch the sunset, and close to Starfish point which was a wonderful experience too. We also checked out the Crystal Caves which were neat to see. There is a convenient store not far away and a little bigger store about 20 minutes away but if you need to get a lot of groceries you may want to stop on your way by to the condo in the Savannah area. We stopped at Foster's on our way by our fist day and got what we needed. It is about 30 minutes from there to the condo. Nicole is awesome! If I had any questions she was very quick to respond and so helpful. I would definitely recommend the Harvey Nicole. Thank you!"

Mahogany Point 5: 3 BR / 3 BA villa in North Side, Sleeps 6

The perfect house for a relaxing family vacation

"I'm missing those ocean breezes from the bedroom already! This was a great rental property. We snorkeled every day right outside the back door. We loved the back porch, with shade from the sun. This is the quieter side of the island, which made it really relaxing. We appreciated that the property comes with kayaks and that the pool is also an option. We also loved the botanical gardens, which are nearby. Our favorite restaurant was Tukka, which is about 10 minutes away. Note: There is a small grocery store nearby, but it only has the basics. We stocked up on groceries when we landed, and then got more groceries halfway through the week when we went into George Town to go to Sting Ray City."

"If you are looking to stay away from the crowds, you found it. The area feels safe and the condo, pool, and beach were very clean. Close to Rum Point and East End restaurants. We would definitely return."

"We really enjoyed staying here. It was very quiet, clean, well landscaped property. Parking was a breeze and close to the condo. The kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings. There was a very beautiful view of the ocean from the deck. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and would comeback in a heartbeat. "
