"room was cleaned properly daily, staff friendly. only 2 issues to be aware of: 1) pricing in the resto was very high and 2) the marketing that they were one of the few hotels directly accessing 7 mile beach was deceptive. they accessed a small portion of the beach in front of the hotel, but one had to take their complimentary shuttle to get to the main beach"

"Great hotel, with beautiful views. I will say we had an epic fight for towels though and we didn’t see on single staff member the entire stay (over a weekend). If you’re more on the expectant side, I suggest a different location. That being said, I’d go again in heartbeat but I’d bring another towel."

"Cleaned everyday, view is not as good as it faces the ritz beach and side very noisy and busy with trucks whenever there are events on the beach. Would be nice to leave a few jugs of water ( drinkable tap water but made us all have upset stomach so not great to drink) nice to have beach chairs umbrellas and fresh beach towels.. nice beach "
