The beach is nice, Seven Mile Beach is a tad bit nicer, but you can always take a day trip there. There is a grocery store right across the street if you need anything. The staff is amazing. I gave them 5 stars. Pam at the reception was really nice and helpful. Arturo too. Barbara at the coffee shop was super sweet. And Alex and David at the beach bar were AWESOME! The other staff clean up the paths and the sand, early in the morning, so the beach and the path are ready for the guests to enjoy. On the other hand, the hotel needs some upgrades. The rooms are spacious but the decoration is quite odd. The bathroom was pretty small. The amenities are quite dated too! Just the lobby looks more modern. The gym is quite small for the size of the resort, so it gets pretty crowded sometimes. Food was pretty good. The dishes at the beach bar were yummy. We got the All Inclusive option and it was a great choice. The have daily activities that are fun for the guests.
