We are thoroughly sanitizing all surfaces and linens between guests.

Historic victorian bungalow in the core of downtown, fun and comfortable (now with AC for hot summer days!). Around the corner from restaurants, bars and shopping. Hotsprings just over bridge. 3 blocks to one of the best hiking/biking trails. Easy access to the bike path to Aspen and Canyon.

The house doesn't have a lot of square feet, but it has everything you would want - fiber optic internet, Dish TV, washer/dryer, space for storing bikes/skis, a sunny deck and air conditioning. The furnishings are of the highest quality.

Tiny house
The property is located right in the heart of Glenwood Springs. Walking distance to everything. The city of Glenwood Springs offers free public transportation as well. The bungalow is very small, but cozy. The parking is very tight if you have a bigger vehicle. We had a F150 4x4 which was challenging to park. Overall, it was a nice place located in the perfect spot.

We've been to Glenwood many times, and staying so close to downtown and the walk bridge over to the pool was fantastic. Having our own parking made everything easier. Hosts are wonderful!

Fun little bungalow!
Cute little property right near the center of Glenwood Springs. It was within walking distance of the train station and many restaurants. Not good for more than a few people but it is excellent for a small group.

The place itself was great. The location is great for those wanting to enjoy all that Glenwood is about. But was a bit noisy for me. I think there could have been more listed about what all was included-specifically. (I had to ask a lot of questions and ended up bringing more than I needed to) Unfortunately, the lack of information presented created an issue which required me to correct a financial mistake, which created a lot of stress. Found both VRBO and the host difficult to communicate with, although that improved when the host returned to the country. At times, I had wished I chose a Motel instead, but after staying there, I think this option just ended up being slightly better for my needs. I may stay again, but I really need to consider that neighborhood noise will prevent sleeping in.

Nice, cozy place to stay in downtown Glenwood Springs
We enjoyed this cute, cozy house in downtown. We were able to park and walk where we needed to go. The house is small, but everything we needed was there, down to a nice patio to watch the world go by. I thought it would be noisy, but it was really quite quiet. We would stay here again.

Great spot for hot springs getaway
This location was perfect, right on the edge of the main downtown streets with lots of restaurants in walking distance, close to hot springs and hiking trails. The bungalow had everything we needed and was ideal for a Glenwood Springs home-base.
