Fantastic family house
this property worked perfectly for a family reunion. 14 of us comfortably slept at the house. We had about 50 for dinner one evening with plenty of parking and room for everyone to enjoy time together. With a large front porch and fantastic back patio, there was seating for everyone. Kids loved the hot tub and outdoor games on site. The basement also proved fun for kids and adults.

Home away from home
Awesome everything you could ask for. Nice quite back yard plenty games for kids and adults. Beautiful house plenty of room and the host has everything there you could need. Highly recommended.

Great location with plenty of room
This house fit 9 people with room to spare. The Jacuzzi was warm and there were plenty of things to do in the house and yard while we were there. We were less than 15 min away from the park, springs and rafting. Plenty of green and a beautiful drive to the property.

Great pet-friendly property
We had a great experience staying at the Canyon Creek retreat. Very nice property just outside of Glenwood Springs. Lots of land and a really nice front porch. The home is large (we had 7 people, but there was room for at least 10) and comes fully stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Nice big TV in the family room as well. With its big back yard, our dogs had a blast roaming around. Check in/out was super easy and the property host was friendly and helpful. Even responded to a question we had late on a Saturday night. Will visit again. Thank you!

Great place for family getaway
There were five adult family members in our group. We all had plenty of space, both for togetherness and some alone time. The house is extremely well outfitted for preparing group meals, and for lounging, both in the house and in the large, well-kept and fenced yard. We had two dogs with us, who had a fabulous time -- they were exhausted each night after all the running they did in the yard. The house was spotless, the beds were excellent. The house is close of I-70, and in the front, the traffic noise is noticeable. But once inside, or in the back, it is not very noticeable. We all agreed that we would happily go back to this house again. We spent a day in Aspen (1 hr drive) and also spent time at Glenwood Hot Springs (15-20 min drive). The house comes with a discount to the very nice athletic club at the Hot Springs. A really great place.

Mountain retreat
The property was perfect for our large group. Plenty of space to hangout and spend time together. The backyard outdoor space was so nice. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We would like to see the coffee maker upgraded as it took a long time to brew. The house got pretty warm at the end of the day. The AC could use some tweaking but it was the end of July. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely come back if in the area again!

Thanksgiving and 50th Anniversary Celebration
Mike and Tanya did and outstanding job for us. The place was perfect for our 10 person family (6 adults 4 Grandkids and 3 dogs) . We got together for Thanksgiving and celebrated our 50th Anniversary. They had an anniversary card, bottle of wine, and premium chocolate candy waiting for us. Check in was easiest yet. Check out the same. Dogs had a BIG fenced in yard to run in. Kids had plenty to do, with the hot tub, foosball, air hockey, board games, and plenty of room. A nice hiking trail is just down the road. Rooms were all comfortable, and clean. Beds and bedding were good. Kitchen was the BEST stocked kitchen we have ever seen in a rental. And we needed it to cook Thanksgiving dinner for 10. Everyone had a great time together, and the house was perfect for everyone to mingle and have fun. We all even watched the World Cup England VS USA match. Thank you Mike and Tanya, you exceeded our expectations. Fred and Cinda

Great Property
My family of 10 stayed in the house for two nights. The location was private, the house was very spacious, and the hot tub was nice. We had a good time. I would add a cautionary note - the price quoted is only good for 8 people. If you have more than 8, you will be charged extra.

Great everything here
Easy checkin. Property manager answered all and any questions. Great people to rent from. Would definitely stay here again. Plenty of board games for the kids and hot tub stayed warm til 4am when we got out.
