"I loved the decor - Art Deco. The property was clean and easily accessible. The staff were always kind, cheerful and helpful. My only complaint is that It was hard to see to put on make-up. A small lighted mirror or better lighting in the bathroom is highly recommended."

"Our stay in Chicago was wonderful, and the location couldn’t have been better for attending events and exploring the city. A special thank you to Nicole at check-in. She was warm, welcoming, professional, and made a great first impression. Friendly team members like her truly enhance the guest experience. There were a few aspects of the room that could be improved. The temperature was difficult to regulate, which made it challenging to stay comfortable throughout our stay. The bathroom layout also felt a bit awkward. The sink was positioned very close to the toilet, while there was unused space beside it that could have been utilized more effectively. In addition, there was very limited counter space for getting ready. As someone attending an event, having room for makeup, toiletries, and styling tools is important. While there was a mirror in the hallway area, there wasn’t a convenient surface nearby to set a makeup bag or other items, which made getting ready less efficient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, appreciated the excellent location, and especially valued the outstanding customer service from Nicole."
