Property is just as shown in pictures. with all the essentials you'll need for a week. Overall, its a good place to stay for a week, if you are adults only (couples , no children or teenagers), The kitchen cabinets look very new and are well stocked. It could use an upgrade, as the furniture it's beginning to look outdated, so you always have the fear and pray that nothing breaks on you as a renter. I pointed out to Ed that there were a minor cleaning issues and that those should be corrected for future renters. We did not use the microwave because it looked rusted in the inside and had grease marks, it looked dirty, nothing a good cleaning/scrub couldn't fix. Being one of those microwave/convection ovens is not always user friendly for a rental unit, not everyone will know how to use it (and nobody wants to read instructions manual on their vacation) As an owner of a rental property myself, you have to be on top of those minor details, making the property clean and modern goes a long way on your investment return. But the view of the place makes for the minor details!! the balcony breeze is amazing, the sunsets are gorgeous and you could enjoy them from the balcony! the Wi-Fi works fantastic!! I had to work a few hours a day and did it from the balcony without problems. EBT is top notch on their maintenance, building is always clean and well kept. this is my third time staying on EBT, first time at Ed's place. we requested an extra day and apparently it's not that easy and owner prefers weekly rentals only. Will I stay again? Yes!
