Staff was very unfriendly, the front desk attendant was the worst. Checking in the front desk girl was to busy on her ipad, and annoyed that i asked 2 questions. Front loby was unkept and i made the mistake of using the washroom there, it was dirty and had overflowing garbages and smelled horrible. At check out the next morning the same girl at the front deskwas angry that i wanted to return my room key, her only response was to snap her fingers and point to the desk......she wouldn't even speak to us. Felt like we ruined her day by being there.....

Clean but still no pool
This is the second time we've stayed here and the pool wasn't in service. The last time they told us if would be repaired in Jan., 2024. When we returned in June 2024, it was still out of service.
